I was wondering if it can be possible to add two of the same TVE accounts to our DVR?
For example, I have my Comcast subscription already added to my account and I would like to add my brother's Comcast account because he has some other channels that I don't subscribe to.
Would this be possible at all? At the moment when I try to add his account it says I already have a Comcast account on my DVR.

Is it possible to have one Xfinity and one Fios? I have both added on the server, but only fios shows up in my channel lineup.
Yes. If the same channels are on both, only one instance of the channel will appear.
Not worried about that. I only have one channel unblocked on fios which isn't authenticating on xfinity. My channels apps are only showing fios and hdhomerun. They aren't showing xfinity. Annoying as I painstakingly went through blocking so many channels and trying to organize it for minimal clutter in the lineup.
The clients automatically merge duplicate channels, and only display the one with the highest priority (as defined in the client settings).
I was more about the ton of junk channels I don't want to have to sift through while surfing.
And thankfully it showed up today so all is good. Surprised there isn't a source refresh button. Not sure why it takes so long to get added.
I think we were having problems understanding what the issue was. It sounds now like what you were struggling with is source priority and favorites. It varies from client to client, but currently favorites and source order aren’t synchronized from the DVR server automatically. It’s an area of improvement the Devs plan to work on soon.
It was that the new source (xfinity) just wasn't showing up at all after restarting the device, force closing and starting the channels app, and even clearing cache and restarting the app. So I missed the night's recordings and couldn't watch anything becuase the existing fios was relegated to just NBC sports and xfinity was handling all the rest. Wasn't about to go and back and re-enable all the channels I just blocked for a temp fix.
Come morning xfinity finally showed up, but there should be some way to refresh sources to the app instead of just waiting and waiting until it decides it wants to. Unless my situation wasn't the norm.
