New user so I apologize if this is a stupid question, but I can't get multiview to work. I've got multiview enabled for all clients on the server side settings, and am using an Apple TV 4K. Is there something else I'm missing that is preventing multiview from being an option? Currently I just see the "Watch" option when clicking on a program - no multiview option anywhere.
If you hold down the select button a submenu with more options will show up. That is where the multi-view option is.
Is it possible your app hasn’t updated to version that has it?
It should be in that menu.
In the ATV4k app, go to settings -> Playback -> Multiview. It has to be enabled there. If it is not then it will not be in that menu. Hopefully this is the issue.
Actually I think I figured it out - not an apple 4K. Had it mixed up with another Apple TV in my house. Oops!
