Appletv 4K does not show multiview option when I click channel on guide, only "watch" and "manage >" but "watch does not have that subsection like. Ipad does show multiview option and it works just fine. Both in same network using same HDhomerun.
Starting with the obvious, is the AppleTV 4K using the latest version of the Channels app?
And have you enabled Multiview in the settings of that client?
Settings > Playback > Multiview > Enabled

Good suggestions. I reinstalled Channels app so I guess it is the latest. Also disabled/enabled multiview multiple times.
Now installed Channels on my macbook as well and multiview works fine. Just cannot figure out why it does now show as an option on AppleTV.
Don’t know if it will help but you could try forcing multiview on the ATV client from the server side settings.
submit diagnostics from your Channels app.

I don't have any suggestions. Could you take a photo of what your context menu looks like?
That context menu is missing a lot of other items. This would indicate that your source doesn't have guide data from your server. You should check your Channels DVR Server and ensure you have a lineup applied to your source. It's likely that it's just using the HDHomeRun provided guide data, which is a fallback and how the Channels for HDHomeRun app works.
