If i set my Windows 10 system volume to 0 or even 2, then when i launch a player, it is muted, and i cant un mute it. if i crank it up a couple notches(not to 100 but like 8), then start the player, it will be set to max, but it will be adjustable, even muteable and unmutable.
I like the volume low at work so people can’t hear me watch Celebrity Name Game. And dont tell me i shouldnt be watching it. i know that… on multiple levels.
