Help this just started. Any one out there had this happen?

I've seen that with Channels on my Shield TV as well, though it may be slightly different that what you're seeing. I'd launch Channels and the screen would be purple for 5 or 6 seconds and then I'd get a DVR not found. After a couple of seconds it would bring up the guide.
