My.ChannelsDvr.net externally is not working

Suddenly, I can’t access my.channelsdvr.net from outside. Page won’t load, I checked firewall and 8089 port is open. Internally, I can see the page with direct IP…

Your port forwarding is not working. Use a port checker like https://portchecker.co

The port is open and checked with the url which you supplied I think that there is a problem with my.channelsdvr.net redirect and auth issue. I tried with external IP:8089/admin/setting and get to a page with this msg" Authorized Code Link: Get Authorization Code

Hmm, when I try to connect to your IP on port 8089 it’s not working. Can you DM me your correct IP and I will check some stuff.

There was a DNS issue with this particular account. It has been fixed and remote access is working again.
