My.channelsdvr.net no longer resolving?

Hello! Super weird because I haven't had any issues before and all my apps can still connect to channels, but now when I go to http://my.channelsdvr.net my browser resolves to some OTHER sketchy website that is ip.216mall.com or something... I can't get to the setup page anymore. Any ideas why this could be happening and how to fix it?

BTW, I checked and Port Forwarding is still set.

Do you have another computer to test this on? Just trying to be sure you aren't experiencing a virus on just the computer you've tested with so far.

I do... I originally tried from my Mac and I also have a PC and both are doing the same behavior. I'm trying to figure out what could be wrong. Going directly to the IP:Port works.

Two things to try:

  1. Disable / re-enable remote access: this is usually the first step to try if there are issues with remote access not working.
  2. Email [email protected]: the developers can re-assign your account to a new sub-domain, which ought to rectify any redirection issues. (They can also change which registrar your sub-domain goes through.)

I went ahead and reset your remote access domain anyway. That'll migrate you to our new provider and maybe you'll have better luck now? Try turning remote access off and back on in your DVR settings.
