My.channelsdvr.net showing "failed to open page"

Getting an error that says a secure connection can not be opened to the server. Also now seeing that my remote access port forward is not working. Says:

Your router can’t be discovered. Enable port forwarding for TCP port 8089 manually.

It was working perfectly prior. I know port forwarding is working correctly on the router as my VPN and PLEX are all autoforwarding currently.

The following is showing in server log:
[ERR] Failed to refresh auth: Post https://community.getchannels.com/dvr/api: dial tcp 104.24.113.77:443: connect: network is unreachable

Ideas?

Sounds like the DVR is unable to make outbound internet requests for some reason. Maybe the network settings on your NAS are incorrect?

You can visit http://x.x.x.x:8089/auth/refresh once the network problem is fixed and it should update your IP with the ddns service.

I went and manually configured port forwarding in the router. Don’t know why that would stop working. It is still successfully do auto configuration for VPN, Plex and some other services. I can now launch the my.channelsdvr.net so that is working…

I am not seeing any issues with internet connectivity that I can find. Amazon, Google, Yahoo, CNN, Fox all working…

Still seeing the following in my logs if they have any value:

SOLVED: Somehow on the second network port on my NAS was turned on, I had it connected but disabled. Must of enabled without realizing it. Disabled it and all is working…
