My Docker Died. Help!

I tried posting this a few minutes ago, but can't find it. If this is a duplicate post, I apologize.

My Docker has been running fine under Windows 10 for years and I've changed nothing in weeks. Today, on a Windows reboot, Docker started but no containers started. When I tried to start individual containers, I got:

(HTTP code 500) server error - ports are not available: exposing port TCP 0.0.0.0:7779 -> 127.0.0.1:0: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:7779: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

Hello World, olivetin-easystart, and chrome-capture did start, but none of the others (fubo, pbs, pluto...)

I'm in way over my head here and would greatly appreciate any help or pointers.

Solved. When I rebooted for the third time, things started working again. I have no idea why.
