My setup was flawless for months. But stopped working a short time ago and I can’t figure out why.
Can you access the DVR web UI?
Try uncheck and recheck the Bonjour checkbox
The UI won’t load either.
Did your FreeNAS restart recently?
Check the FreeNAS Plugins page and make sure the ChannelsDVR plugin is started. I’ve noticed that often times the plugin does not automatically start when the jail restarts.
First place I looked because I have experienced that before. But no dice. In fact, I’ll start it and then go back and it will be stopped again.
Checking the logs inside the jail would be the next step.
tail -20 /mnt/data/jails/customplugin_1/usr/pbi/channels-dvr-amd64/channels-dvr/data/channels-dvr.log

Seems like it’s crashing maybe? I would expect to see a crash log.
I would recommend deleting the DVR and reinstalling from scratch. After install, visit :8089/restore to recover your old settings, passes and recordings.
