NAS HDD - "Pro" noise level compared to Plus or standard HDDs?

My DVR runs on a Synology DS220+ currently with two older WD Red 4TB drives. The drives are showing as in good shape in the console, but I hear a fair amount of (head seek?) noise from them. It's going to be time to upgrade soon to larger HDDs. Does anyone have experience with the "Pro" versions of the WD Red and IronWolf drives as far as noise level? Any noticeable sound level difference from the standard versions? Thanks in advance for your input.

I am using Seagate Exos 16TB hdd. They are noisy as ****. Do not put them in the living room.

Great storage/bang for buck. But if you want quiet. Enterprise level drives tend to be louder.

Edit: youtuber NaAS Compares has done several videos on noise. Here is a article on his website. You may find helpful.
