Navigation sidebar not showing on Apple Silicon Mac

Running v2024.08.17.1423 to try out the new navigation sidebar. It works on my iphone and ipad but does not work on my M2 Mac running Sonoma.

When I click on the hambuger icon it dims indicating I clicked it, but the navigation menu does not display.

Hmm, I'm seeing it work just fine. Are there any other details you can provide about your setup?

I don't know what I had setup on client settings for the Mac Mini so the deleted them all to start fresh.

Now I get the nav bar just fine. Apparently it had some issue with the sidebar setting I previously had.
