NBC only shows on one apple tv. Both connected to same HDHomeRun Connect

Hi all,

New to channels. I set up a HDHomeRun Connect with an antenna last week and purchased the channels app. I have two tv’s, both with apple tv 4k’s, hardwired. Everything set up perfect, until this morning when i started the bedroom tv and NBC was missing from the guide. It is still showing on the other apple tv, and plays perfectly, as well as still showing at my.hdhomerun.com. Any ideas what I am missing here? It seems really weird that it would show on one and not the other, all of sudden, when it worked previously.

Does it show on the Settings tab? Perhaps you clicked it there to hide it?

You can restart the app by clicking TV/Home twice and swiping up, and the app will read the list of channels from the hdhomerun when it starts up again.

I will check when I get home, thanks for the suggestion. Also will try to restart the app and report back!

It somehow was inadvertently hidden from the guide. Thanks for the quick response! All fixed.
