Can't get NBC Sports Bay Area to show up on TV Everywhere with DirecTV login.
I can see when it the channels are scanning it hangs on NBC Sports Bay Area for about a minute.

If you go into the Rescan menu and click rescan next to that channel, what message is shown next to it?
Frequently when adding a TVE source it will fail some channels. Doing an individual channel rescan as @tmm1 says will ususally fix those.
As a datapoint, ch6167 NBCSN-BAYAREA is working for me (using Xfinity as Provider).
I found the button "edit" the channels list and scrolled down to NBCSN-BAYAREA. It had said Cable provider authentication failed, but I did a rescan on that one channel and it worked!
