Starting on Sept 21, I noticed there is no audio for my local NBC station WSMV. The video is just fine but there is no audio. I have no audio when I watch on my apple tv and when I watch the channel on my laptop. This happens on my DirecTV and FuboTV sources. When I watch the channel in the DirecTV and FuboTV apps, I am able to get audio. When I try to watch the channel on nbc.com/live to get the TVE feed, I am redirected to a national feed. I am running the pre release 2021.09.22.1709 and I have submitted logs. 333b12f2-26cf-40e7-be88-16ae0adf3168
What device are you playing back on where you don't hear audio? What version of Channels app is running on that device?
I have a 2021 Apple TV 4K which is running the channels dvr app 4.5.12. It is HDMI connected to my samsung 4k tv.
I have a Mac Mini that is running the pre release 2021.09.22.1709 channels dvr server. I am using google chrome and I will play the live tv feed from the guide and I do not hear any audio from the feed. All of the other channels that I get, I can hear audio.
Please start a recording from the channel, wait 30s, stop the recording, then email the mpg file to [email protected]

If you play that recording in the Channels app on Apple TV, does it have audio?
Can you also play the live channel in the Channels app for about 10 seconds, then go to Settings > Support > Submit Diagnostics in the app
I played the NBC station for 10 seconds and then submitted the diagnostics in the app at 7:45pm cst.
When I play the recording in the App on my Apple TV, it does not have audio.
Strange, the logs show the app thinks it's sending audio out just fine.
You're using the speakers on your Samsung, or some other speaker system?
Does Settings > Playback > Advanced > Audio Driver: Experimental make any difference?
When I change it to experimental, I do hear audio.
