Need help making a custom channel from a Monterey Bay Aquarium webcam feed

I want to add the Otter cam from the Monterey Bay Aquarium's webcam page to our Channels DVR.

If you right click on the video, you can display stats (see below). There's a "Stream URL" but it appears incomplete because it doesn't include the M3U.

Any help is appreciated!

I just did something similar with a MP4 stream. Custom channels can't directly access a stream that is not either HLS or MPG-TS. So, I used VLC to open the stream and then re-streamed it using http MPG-TS encapsulation. It worked fine. But, of course you have to have a server to run VLC on. And, unless you want to stream it 24x7, you'll want a mechanism to fire up VLC whenever you want to view the stream or record it.

I should point out that you need to be able to open the stream with VLC. I can't open the one listed above for some reason (I get an error message from the server).
