nocords.xyz - the M3U file there is full of channels giving me 403s. I'm in the US, not using a VPN or trying to do anything hinky. Has Pluto locked IPTV down, or ???

I could really use some help from someone to try to figure out why I'm getting 403s. I've tried over a couple of VPNs with the same result. I have absolutely no idea how to proceed, and would really appreciate any pointers.
I can play from the Pluto app just fine, so it isn't like they've decided to block Cox or something.

Have you tried rebooting your router? You're posting all over the place about different sources for Pluto and it sounds like your issues are local, based upon what little info you've given.
What does your Channels DVR Custom M3U Source settings look like?
