New device. What to get?

I've mainly been on Amazon (sticks and cubes). We are about to call it quits with Amazon.

Our phones are android, but this is more for TV's .... What device should I get for our TV's to run Channels at it's best?

If you can get an Ethernet cable to the location I would recommend the Apple TV 4K with the Ethernet over the less expensive WiFi only version
