I justed installed the dvr on my mac. As soon as i went to connect to my provider my computer locked up. I have mouse movement but that's it. After a reboot and log in i get about 10 seconds before it locks again. Not even enough time to stop the software from starting. And help would be greatly appreciated
What version of Chrome is installed?
What version of macOS?
High sierra, and what ever the newest chrome is. I can't check as it's locked up. I installed the dvr on a PC so now just have to figure out how to delete it off the mac
You can run the installer again and select uninstall
I cant. The system is completely locked at boot.
Huh, very strange. Try safe boot?
Can you log in as a different user?
And are you remotely logged in or direct?
all good, put it in safe boot and got it uninstalled
Mine just locked up last night too. I don’t know if it was my external hd or the OS. I had the spinning wheel mouse movement but no activities worked. I had a partial recording during this time because of whatever happened.
