I'm looking to upgrade to the Flex ATSC 3.0 and the site says The optional HDHomeRun DVR guide requires a TV guide subscription of $35/year.
Do I need to add that or continue to use Channels DVR. And will Channels DVR provide the ATSC 3.0 signal?
No that's for their own HD HomeRun DVR, not for Channels DVR.
Assuming they are being broadcast in your market, Channels can use them just fine.
