Bad storm here fried my router. I had to get a new one and am trying to get everything set back up. I’ve got CHANNELS LIVE working but when I hit Enable Bonjour Discovery I can’t get the checkmark to appear.
Can you check the Log tab for any errors?

Looks okay here. Maybe try turning off the DVR from the WDMyCloud interface and then turning it back on.
That worked.
Two questions… who provides your guide. Our channels news clip art is not current. It’s the same as Sony Vue.
Also… I love the TOP SHELF feature. But I prefer the Favorites or On Now channels first instead of recordings. It was so easy to click on ABC, NBC, CBS or FOX which I set as Favorites and go to my show. Now I have to scroll over the them as the WATCH list is first.
Let me be more clear on the first question. I work for a television station and our newscast’s art does not include our logo… our competitors includes one. I talked to the person at the station who handled this and she wanted to get that updated. We used to send data to Titan TV but she believes the name has changed.
The data and images come from Gracenote.
We plan to make this a setting.
