New Server Recommendations

Looking to get a new server. Would you recommend something like this with an i3 and Intel HD 630 graphics or should I just get a NVIDIA Shield for the server.

My clients are all iOS and AppleTV. I will also be running Plex.

I would, and did, do neither. I would use a Synology DS218+ and a pair of WD Red drives of whatever size you feel adequate to your needs.

I set mine up four months ago and it's been running like a clock ever since.

Same. DS218+ with WD Red drives. Runs great.
