New tuners not on my local network?

I went to watch something from my Channels DVR server and found out that it was offline. Strange, because it had been running for months without issue. But whatever, I logged into my Synology and started up the service again. I went to the server page and found two new tuners available. One is an HDHomeRun PRIME and the other is a Silicondust TECH. I don't own either of those, and the IP addresses for them appear to be public IP addresses. The HDHomeRun is hooked up to a Spectrum cable package, and I'm watching something off of that tuner right now.

How did Channels find these? And what the heck should I do with them?

I would submit diagnostics from the DVR server.
Are you using any type of VPN?

No VPN. Where would diagnostics be? I was looking through the logs and nothing stood out as interesting, but is there somewhere else I need to be looking?

DVR web admin UI
Support > Troubleshooting > [Submit Diagnostic Logs] button

My concern would be if you can see devices on somebodys network, can they see yours?

Diagnostic is bf164d1d-e0fc-4f03-bd0a-b436372b64a8 - I'll email support too.

Please report back once this is resolved. I'd really like to see how this pans out.
