New WiFi - Tuner Unavailable

I switched WiFi networks at home (trying out T-Mobile 5G). I can see my current recordings and can play them. When I try to access Live TV I get a "Tuner Unavailable" message. Do I just need to give it time to figure out where everything is, or do I need to update something?

Click Scan Network on your DVR web UI so it finds the new IP of your HDHR

I tried that here. No luck.

I think I know what the problem is. The HDHR is plugged into the mesh network while the pc is connected to the gateway's wifi. Would that cause the disconnect? If so, that's an easy fix.

Yes they need to be on the same network. Otherwise it will not see it.

Makes sense. The mesh is about 1/3 slower than the wifi from the gateway, but it's still doable. Thanks for the quick responses.

A follow-up question. I can use the tuner on my pc, but can't log in on the AppleTV. I tried using the IPv4 address on the pc, but it wouldn't connect. I also tried the address listed under HDHR5, but that didn't work. Where else should I be looking for the correct IP address?

Have you tried this address to see if you can get to your HDHR5?

You can also use the device id http://10813F11.local if you have more than one HDHR on your network.

Can you post the current local ip addresses of the dvr server, Apple TV, and hdhr. My guess is that atv is on a different network caused by the mesh

Weird. I posted the resolution and it's not showing up. The ATV was on a different network. I need to set the mesh up so that it extends the network for the devices that need to be on ethernet as opposed to current setup with a second network.

What would cause the Tuner Unavailable erre\or for some channels but not others?

Bad signal. Check the HDHR web UI under system status logs

Forgot to mention I only have TVE setup as source. No other tuners or devices. Just TVE.

Any suggestions?
