For at least the last 3 days I have been getting the following error trying to tune NFL Network. I am on 2021.09.20.1352 (Raspberry PI). I have submitted diagnostics, please let me know if any other information would be helpful.

I will try to remember that going forward as a mitigation step.
NFL Network seems to have broken again recently - was fixed by prereleases but now not working on the latest.
What is the error?
It turned out to be an error with the cable provider authorization, not a Channels issue.
