Having the same issue with NFL network. I just change the dvr to a new computer and now it not working. Error is “no login form found . I tried all the suggestion in other post with no luck. I tried it on stable and pre release. I also logged into the NFL network first and disabled all pop ups. Any other suggestions. Thanks
