NFL Network/SlingTv

I can log in and watch NFL Network Live with my SlingTV subscription (www.nfl.com/nflnetwork/main/network/watch)... but it won't pick up when I scan for channels on my DVR... anyone else having this problem? Can a dev help? I'm running version 2020.04.21.0328 on Windows.

Thanks. It seems to be working with other providers, but not sling. I will restart my sling trial to see what's going on..

hmmm... works for me... and redzone does too...

Do you have to have a special sports package? I just signed up for the regular Blue+Orange trial.. maybe it doesn't work during the trial period?

Is it a possible regional blackout?

I was going to ask the regional blackout question too... I can't imagine it's that on a replay but sometimes streaming rights are weird... for what it's worth when I scan for channels it scans Redbone but doesn't authorize I don't see it scan for NFL Network unless I'm missing it...

I was able to authorize and watch in Channels as soon as I did that..

Please upload to the latest build in 20 minutes, then rescan NFL and submit diagnostics

Done... still no NFL Network or red zone

Thanks. May be worth trying to remove and readd the source if you haven't already.

Took two or three "readds" and rescan but NFL network has appeared... did you get Redzone to work?

I am having issues with NFL Network as well. A month or so ago it started freezing as soon as a commercial starts. It comes back after a few minutes most of the time with video but no audio. I have updated regularly (latest update was the one from 4/29/20) and deleted the TVE source and re-added but it still does the same thing. I even turned off commercial detection but that didn't help either. Anybody figured out a fix for this?

Can you click Help > Submit Diagnostics on the dvr web UI while it is stuck
