I have read through the forum and submitted an e-mail to support and I have not been able to find an answer. I am hoping someone in here can help. I have a subscription to NFL RedZone through Sling. When I attempt to load the RedZone channel (6182) it says not authorized. Since this is a Sunday only channel I attempted to rescan when it was active on Sunday and it says now "notAuthorized: You do not have full subscriptions to view the requested content. Please upgrade your programming then log back in to view content." I can Access it on the sling app and through NFL.com. How do I load the RedZone? has anyone got this to work and how or am I out of luck and need to watch outside the app?
Does anyone have this channel loaded and if so what provider?
