AppleTV (as well as iOS) has a feature where it automatically goes into dark mode after sunset and day mode during the day.
Could that be brought to channels? Apps can get the day/night status from the OS.
The current colour scheme is suitable for a night time mode so perhaps a lighter, white based UI for during the day?
