No Active Subscription?

The DVR Settings page is showing that my subscription is not active; which is not the case. I’ve tried reinstalling Channels DVR, but still no love.

Screen shots and server log enclosed. Any ideas?

I don’t see the log. You can email it to [email protected] as well.

Usually this happens if the DVR is not able to talk to the subscription server, which could happen if you had a firewall enabled.

I don’t know if this is relevant, but I’ve experienced occasional trouble refreshing community.getchannels.com web pages this morning.

(ETA: Ironically, that post just took an uncommonly long time to save.)
