Description of issue:
When hovering over the pin/unpin area of a navigation bar item, a pin or unpin tooltip appears, but there is no visible button. If I click, the appropriate pin or unpin action does occur. So, this is only a minor cosmetic issue. Using Edge.
I expected:
A visible button when hovering over the pin/unpin area.
What actually happened:

What browser is this in? There should absolutely be a pin icon there.

Can you please try another browser to see if it does show up?
It appears that it's not due to the browser, it is an artifact of using the virtual (on-screen) touchpad on a Surface Pro. If I attach the keyboard and use the physical touchpad the button does appear.
But I could swear the hover with the virtual touchpad was working when the pin feature was first introduced.
