No Free Trial Even Though Site Said I Would

I have had the Channels Plus subscription in the past. I let it lapse and thought to try it again today. When I clicked reactivate the website said that I would get another free trial and I wouldn't be charged until October 29th. I thought great, wasn't expecting another free trial but awesome, and went ahead with the yearly subscription.

After doing that I was charged immediately. Now it isn't a huge deal but I would think you may want to update the website so it doesn't show a free trial for returning customers and then charge them the full amount without any warning.

I also sent an email to support.

I clicked Buy then I clicked the Reactivate button, as I was logged in. A pop-up came up saying $80 for the year or $8 a month. Both options said no payment until October 29th. I selected the year for $80. Then it asked for my payment information and after putting that in it charged me. I kept expecting it to say no trial but it never did.

Gotcha. Sorry for the confusion. We haven't tested the lapsed subscription cases as well as the new user flow and there appear to be some bugs.
