Any idea how to fix this?

The guide database has become corrupted. You can either use the installer to delete and reinstall the DVR software, or shut down the DVR and delete the “c:\programdata\channelsdvr\data\GBR-1000040-DEFAULT.airings” folder

Everything worked initially, but now I have CRC errors in DEFAULT.groups

Can I do the same with that folder? What will I lose?

Yes, I should have told you to delete both folders. They’re both used for guide data, and will be recreated automatically when guide data downloads (xxx.groups= shows, xxx.airings= episodes).
