I just switched from Verizon to Comcast/Xfinity and everything is working except that the guide data for the HD channels is not filling in when using the channels app on apple tv. I tried the following with no success:
- Deleted and re-installed the channels app on apple tv
- Re-scanned the cable card from the SD setup utility
- Reset the SD HD Homerun Prime box by unplugging, removing cablecard, re-inserting and restarting
I’ve waited over a day now and still no guide data on the HD channels. Interesting to note that on my ipad, all of the guide data is there (both HD and SD).
