No guide data for HD channels on ATV with Comcast/Xfinity on HDHomerun Prime

I just switched from Verizon to Comcast/Xfinity and everything is working except that the guide data for the HD channels is not filling in when using the channels app on apple tv. I tried the following with no success:

  1. Deleted and re-installed the channels app on apple tv
  2. Re-scanned the cable card from the SD setup utility
  3. Reset the SD HD Homerun Prime box by unplugging, removing cablecard, re-inserting and restarting

I’ve waited over a day now and still no guide data on the HD channels. Interesting to note that on my ipad, all of the guide data is there (both HD and SD).

The tvOS app gets it’s data from the DVR server. Did you change the lineup on the DVR side as well?

Ahh, I didn’t realize that. I changed my provider in the DVR settings and all is well again. Thank you for your quick determination and response! I love this app! Keep up the great work!
