No guide data since this morning

I’m getting no guide data on either of my ATV’s, channels are there just unknown for any data. Setup guide info again, reinstalled app, not sure what to do next.

Do you see guide data on the web ui, or nothing there as well?

What guide lineup code do you have set?

If there is data on the DVR web, you can go into the ATV settings tab, click and hold your hdhomerun and click “refresh device”

Just noticed this as well this morning. Missing guide data for bunch of random time slots on different channels. Even after new guide data downloaded this morning. It’s missing from web ui as well.

Did notice this in the log though.

ok, here is what I see; I did refresh the HDHR and changed guide to Gracenote and back. Still no guide data on ATV.
USA-FL68759-DEFAULT is my guide info, no guide on the web ui, this is what the settings tell me:

pretty much nothing! I can see guide data from the app on my iPad, at least I could last night.
Im pretty stumped.

You need to pick the “digital” version of your provider from the list.

that seems the only option I have. It is what I used before, and was getting info. Correct me if wrong, but is that selected in the web ui under tuner section?

It says it is still downloading for 1-16? Seems like it got stuck. What kind of system did you install on?

brand new mac mini with a 4tb porshe 3.0 ext drive
8gb memory and i5 processor

Find the menu bar item at the top of the Mac that looks like a tv, and use it to restart the DVR.

Re-starting the DVR service from my Mac solved the issue. Why does this happen, other than we are still in the Beta phase of the software? At least i am understanding how things work, little remote shortcuts, and where to look for different issues. Thank you again for your quick response.
