No internet, no EPG?

I’ve just moved house and have no internet for a month. Using Channels ATV the guide stopped populating which I presumed was because it was set to get it from Gracenote which I guess needs the internet. I changed it to EPG from DVB in Settings but the EPG is still not populating. I changed it to EPG from DVD over 48 hours ago. FYI, I’ve tested on the App Store version (2.1.36) and the beta (8.10.1933). Thanks.

There’s a known issue where DVB data won’t download when tuner sharing is enabled in the app

I can’t see a setting for tuner sharing in the ATV app. Is it a DVR thing? My DVR subscription is inactive and I’ve uninstalled it from my Mac.

Yes tuner sharing is DVR only.

Without DVR involved, the app should be downloading epg while you watch TV.
