"No login form found" error: can't activate TVE for any provider

I noticed almost all of my TVE channels weren't working with a DirecTV login, so I tried a free Sling login to see if it was a DirecTV-specific issue or something with my ISP or Synology. I'm getting the same script errors for both DirecTV and Sling. Could I get some help tracking down what the issue is? Is it an error with the Chrome instance that Channels uses?

Just grasping for straws. Did you go to support -> troubleshooting and see if there was a chrome update for Channels DVR Server?

Sure, I appreciate the help. Yes, I went to the troubleshooting page and also held the "Sign In" button when adding the TVE account. It seems like 97.0.4692.56 is the latest available version unless I'm missing something.

Just curious, what is this meant to achieve? I’ve seen it mentioned before but without explanation.

Based on my logs it seems to check for the latest headless Chrome docker image. I think I read others say that it clears the cache, but that may just be a side effect or reinstalling/upgrading Chrome? Not 100% sure.

My guess is SlingTV is taking too long to respond at this URL. error=net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
What does the error screenshot look like?

I checked earlier with both Sling and DirecTV – error screenshot is just white. I'd like to think the providers just having issues but given that the same error is happening with both + no one else is reporting anything similar, I'm guessing the problem is on my end.

I can authenticate fine with both accounts on a laptop running on the same network. I also used this opportunity to shut down the NAS and upgrade DSM, thinking it might help in case something was outdated. Made no difference.

Are you using the Synology package or a docker container for Channels DVR TVE server

Nope. And any time I’ve had TVE issues in the past I could usually resolve them by changing DNS, either to Google or Cloudflare. I tried both but neither helped. Since I can log in to both accounts fine with other machines on the same network, I’m thinking it has something to do with Chrome on my NAS.

Tried authenticating with DirecTV again and now getting a slightly different error – "action=error_response type=Stylesheet"
