I have guide data for all channels except MTV.
Any ideas?
It doesn’t look like a network is even mapped to that channel. You might want to check your lineup.
I appreciate the response. On the Prime and in the configuration the channel is listed as a Favorite. Have turned it off and on with no change. Also confirmed the cable provider. No luck.

On the dvr settings page under sources click manage lineup next to your HDHR and you can assign data to the channel
