Hi,
My internet provider does not support NAT Loopback. This prevent me to use my.channelsdvr.net when inside my home network. What would be a fix or work around?
It could of work if I was able to key an IP in the client.

Why don’t you just just the internal IP of your DVR? I have 2 shortcuts in Safari, one on-prem, and one remote.
I always do that, but the iPad and Apple TV client do not allow me to hardcode an IP
Maybe I am not understanding what you are trying to do.
The channels clients on those platforms do allow you to set the ip internally, and the temoteDVR feature sets the DVR as the tuners.
The remote DVR feature is only for away from home access. At home the DVR is discovered automatically via Bonjour.
Can you copy/paste what it says under the Bonjour checkbox on the DVR web UI?
It does not work like this at home… My Apple TV ask me to validate thought a web site that uses the loopback
At home there is no need to click “login to remote DVR”. That button is only for remote access.
Please copy/paste what it says below the Bonjour checkbox.
I don’t know what I was doing wrong, but it now detects the Server. So it must of been something I was doing wrong
Thanks for the great support, it is just confirming that I am moving into the right direction
If you provide this info I can figure out what happened and fix it for the future.

looks like your iMac has two IP addresses on the same network. Should fix this.
It could be one from ethernet, one from wifi…
Maybe the server software can default to the wired interface?
If that is the case, the wifi can be turned off from the macos menubar (or from network control panel).
Yes, one for Ethernet and one for WiFi… but it does not cause any problem.
