No picture on phone app, android

I have a pixel 5, have reinstalled the app, cleared the app data, some channels do not have a picture. Example, using hdhomerun prime with FiOS. Channel 683 (TrueTv). The audio works, but the picture is black. Same channel works fine on my shield.

Same for channel 513 (NECN). Have not tried all channels, but those are two samples.

Have also rebooted my phone.

Will submit diagnostics. Please advise.

Change Settings > Playback > Advanced > Video Decoder: Software
