No remote access on new server

I recently moved Channels DVR from 2014 Mac mini to 2022 M1 Mac mini (macOS Ventura) and am unable to get remote access to the DVR. Do I need my DNS reset? or is it a private relay problem?

Did you setup the port on your router to the IP of the new device ?

Using same IP as old server. Nothing changed on the router just a new server using same static IP

New sever firewall blocking the connection?

I'm not sure if this applies to your issue, but I had a similar problem. When you check the Channels DVR troubleshooting page, does it say that the remote server is working properly (with the green checkmark)? If so, you may just need to reboot the router/network that your Channels server device is running on.

Solved. My Eero Pro 6 router grabbed the dynamic IP address at startup before I changed the to the static.
