No Sound On NBC TVE

All other channels the sound works fine but when I change to NBC there is no sound. I’ve tried turning on captions, toggling audio driver to experimental, and turning off surround sound. None of these seem to work. Live stream of NBC .com/live has sound.

Also, I am logged in using Xfinity.

And I have tried using AppleTv iPhone web browser and iPad.

Update server to prerelease for web player, or install v4.5.9 from App Store for the app fix

I can not get sound to work on NBC tve running nvidia shield. I'm logged in using Directv. As stated above, the NBC.com live stream works fine.

I have found NBC TVE to be flaky while CBS always works fine.

  1. It disappears and reappears from the channel list from time to time.
  2. At one point, it had no closed captions.
  3. Last night it was pausing (buffering?) and ended up more than 2 minutes late compared to the same program via antenna.

Thanks for the quick response. Updating the server to the pre-release appears to have fixed it for me.
