No Spectrum TVE: Streaming to the turner Failed

I'm just updated my Mac to Sequoia OS and now can no longer access my Spectrum TVE channels.

The web interface says the media cannot be loaded.

The iPad Channels App says streaming to the tuner failed. TVE: Chrome Locke by .../Library/ Application Support/ChannelsDVR/data/chromedata/spectrum/SingletonLock:" chrome failed to start:. This means that running multiple instances would start multiple browser processes rather than opening a new window in the existing process. Aborting now to avoid profile corruption."

Any ideas how to fix this?

Is anyone else having issues with Spectrum TVE? I went to https://tve.spectrum.net/ and I can't log into the website. It just keeps trying to load.

It looks like I was able to solve the problem by resetting my spectrum password.
