Thanks. Can you quit and restart the app from the launcher to see if it connects to your DVR correctly. On the DVR tab it should show Connected to xxxx.channelsdvr.net
The DVR is not connected using the beta app via LTE. Does work with the Channels DVR app via LTE.

I don't understand what you mean by this.
This has started happening to me alot recently, something was changed with the way it establishes the remote connection. Before if it didn't have connection the channels wouldn't show up, now the app occasionally displays them even though the connection has been lost which is why you receive "tuner not available" which should be "connection lost".
