No Video on One of My Virtual Channels

I have several Virtual Channels that work without issue. However, I have been unable to get one to work. Initially, it wouldn't play at all, and would just cycle through its created playlist without playing anything. Now, it will play the episode, but I only have audio - no video. I have confirmed that the files do contain a video track and play without issue with VLC on my PC.

I've tried to submit my diagnostic logs, but I get an error [There was an error submitting the diagnostic logs: Put "https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/diagnostics.channelsdvr.cloud/ xxxx...xxxx": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)] with that as well (xxxx...xxxx is a redaction in case there is identifying information included in the rest of the url).

When I look at the log it doesn't even show that I am trying to play a Virtual Channel - unless there are other logs that I am not aware of.

I am running Version 2024.10.17.1732 on a Synology NAS (non-docker). Please advise of any steps I can take to remedy the issue. Thank you.

Virtual Channel playback is nothing different than playing back something from your library. So I don't think this is an issue with Virtual Channels as much as an issue with playing back that particular video.

That being said, what happens if you just play the video back from your library?

Please submit diagnostics from the Channels app for playback issues. Do this after you experience these playback issues. Submitting diagnostics from the server won't help or show give us any insight into playback issues.

I tried playing one of the episodes of the Virtual Channel via the library and it did the same thing - audio only. I then submitted the log from the app:
Settings->Support->Submit Diagnostics

It says the diagnostics were submitted...how will I know if they were received?
