No Virtual Channels Work

I've just recently started using Channels DVR after using it for my HomerunHD for a long time.

I've created a few virtual channels, one with content I've recorded, one home videos, and one with a season of TV episodes.

I can view all the content if I go into my Library and view an item just fine.

But if I try to watch a Virtual Channel, either on an AppleTV or on my iPhone, I get a message on screen that shows a color bar tv and says "got http response code 503"

And the only message I see around virtual channels in logs is this message

Could not start stream for VIRTUAL ch122521 Mika: Virtual channels are not supported

I don't really know what to do or were to start

What version of Channels app? Beta or regular?

Is this at home or remote? Are you using tailscale?

Regular on everything as far as I know. I don't recall going the beta route.

I'm at home on my local network. Not using tailscale

AppleTV 5.5.3

Diagnostics submitted from both my iPhone and my AppleTV

Does it show guide data for the virtual channels? Can you screenshot how they appear and where you're selecting to watch from

Here are screenshots from my AppleTV and phone. Both at home on the local network. EDIT: Not sure why the photo of my TV is upside down. Sorry

Okay the guide data is missing. What does it look like on the dvr web UI where you set it up? Did you add content? Are there recordings present for those shows?

I see what you're saying.

I moved my DVR server to a different, more powerful computer and it quickly indexed and added guide data for the virtual channels. Apparently that MacMini couldn't handle the virtual indexing sufficiently.

Thanks for the help.
