Not getting help from support

I need some guidance here. I have two email addresses that I use with gmail, the account that I use for my channel's DVR server and subscription is on a secondary account.
I renewed my subscription, but it applied it to the wrong account.
I sent an email to support and I have received not a single reply. I am simply being ignored.
I am trying to get the annual subscription that I paid moved from an unused account to my proper account. There is no other option to contact support to get this resolved and I have not received a reply for 3 days.
I don't know what else to do short of disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Can I please get some advice here on how to get the attention of the support department to help me with my issue. Due to the subscription it has expired and I feel that there is going to eventually be a disablement of my server setup.

I understand you're trying to change the Channels DVR sub from one email address to another. For the time being, are you able to just continue using the old account? I have a pending support request that's been in waiting for a few days now, but I've been trying to cut folks a little slack here during the holiday season. Additionally, I assume you've checked your email spam folder for any missed communication.

I am currently still using the old account or the account that has had the subscription for the last year, but in the renewal process because of the way the token works for login, my primary email address did have an inactive account that I did pay to renew the annual subscription.
Currently I am okay, but I feel like it will be disabled and I will no longer get guide data, and still waiting on support to even answer an email.
It's not that support will not do anything, they are just not replying.
