Not seeing Fox TVE for my Sling Sub

I'm not seing Fox as an option for my TVE on Sling - I confirmed that I can login via the Fox Live url, anything else I should try?

Not all cities offer fox live streams. Does it actually stream on fox.com/live (and not just during prime time)?

Yeah, I am watching our local evening news (Fox 9 Minneapolis, St.Paul) at the moment, I can try at other times of day tomorrow to confirm - FYI I did notice the URL resolved to https://www.fox.com/live/channel/KMSP/ after I went to fox.com/live

I have Fox TVE here in MPLS, but it is via Xfinity login.
I got a good antenna now and can get the big name local channels great now.
FOX, ABC, CBS, OTA signal is higher bitrate and better quality, as long as it does not have signal issues of cource.

i've also lost fox here, and in LA we definitely have the TVE stream available.

Have the same issue here with Dish. I'm able to log in directly via the website but it doesn't show in Channels. Sent an email the other day with a diagnostic attached

Same thing happening here it worked perfect before and went away. When I browse to the FOX TVE site it works perfect but not working in channels. I have Dish

Just an update I don’t see the TVE scanner even attempting a login on Fox for Dish

Does fox.com/live play your local fox station outside primetime hours?

definitely does for me. i can see TMZ right now on KTTV (LA FOX local), 4:03pm local time.

Yes it does work outside prime time for sure. Hard to submit diag as it doesn’t look like the scanner is scanning the Fox channel

More info... the issue seemed to happen for me when three PBS TV Everywhere streams showed up. At that point I lost my Fox one. Is there any way to fix this bug?

Just click Support > Submit Diagnostics on the dvr web UI

Just sent in my logs, having the same issue. Can view on fox website with no problem. Other big 3 work fine.

I will mention I had this issue as well, until they added the DNS checking to the Support/Troubleshooting section of the WebUI. When I saw the warning about the DNS service I was using, I changed to my ISP's DNS Servers, and Fox showed up after I disabled locals via TVE, then enabled locals via TVE again.

That feature was added in v2023.01.23.2011.

Changed DNS to default DNS for router and it’s all green on troubleshooting but rescan still doesn’t show Fox (6002). It doesn’t even show it on Scan as a grayed out channel. Live stream on fox.com works fine.
