So this morning I was watching MSNBC and it was working great. Now this afternoon I turned it on and got this message “notAuthorized: 0033:The customer is not authorized for the content requested”. I updated the pre-release and still happens. I tried MSNBC website and used my DIRECTV logon and it works, just not with channels. Any ideas why? Thanks

Did you ever get your situation resolved? I’m suddenly having the same problem with TBS (channel 6033).
