I'm 5 days in and not having much luck. Shows that seem to record in full will randomly skip to the end and quit during playback. Today, the two shows (season passes) that were queued never started. Log attached. 
Hmm, is your mac’s Energy Preferences set to never sleep?
You are genius. I hope that’s it. I’ve used this Mac mini as my media server (Plex) for 5 years. In December I did a clean install of macOS Sierra. I thought I set everything back to the way it was, but neglected sleep settings. Thank you! Will report back if this resolves, either way.
